Job summary

Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor, Guest Services to uphold service excellence across all interactions. You will supervise, mentor, and support daily operations while aligning with enterprise goals and best-in-class standards.

In this on-site role you will manage scheduling, events related to loyalty programs, and collaborate with Marketing and casino partners to ensure a seamless guest experience across 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, or hospitality experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Guest Services operations, including events and loyalty activities.
• Mentor, motivate, and train team members to achieve service standards.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and event support for promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with gaming and safety procedures and provide guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing and casino partners on events and guest experiences.
• Perform additional duties to support efficient department operations.
