Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians seeks a Supervisor, Guest Services, to lead front-line teams in a fast-paced casino setting. You will coach staff, ensure service standards, and support daily operations and promotional events while aligning with enterprise goals.

You will collaborate with Marketing and partners, support Responsible Gambling initiatives, and assist with scheduling, training, and guest satisfaction improvements in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in customer service or hospitality.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Guest Services operations and events planning.
• Mentor and supervise staff; coordinate scheduling and training.
• Ensure safety and internal controls; support gambling and responsible gaming initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and casino partners for events and promotions.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure service standards are met or exceeded.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
