Job summary

Milk & Honey, a vibrant New Orleans themed Southern Br brunch destination, is seeking a passionate Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, maintain high-quality standards, manage inventory, and collaborate with management. The role requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage.
• Experience as a supervisor.
• A strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs; reach, bend and stoop as needed.
• Clear verbal communication and guest interaction in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train new team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Maintain high-quality food standards and food prep accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering to meet demand.
• Collaborate with management on initiatives and improvements.
• Address guest feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience.
