Milk & Honey, a vibrant New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination, is seeking a passionate Supervisor to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. As a Supervisor, you\'ll guide daily operations, train staff, and uphold health and safety standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is required.
• Experience as a supervisor.
• Strong work ethic and reliable.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 6–8 hours.
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Clear verbal communication in a busy environment.
• Ability to multitask calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train new team members and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Maintain high-quality standards to ensure products are prepared to perfection.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to meet demand.
• Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improvements.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Cultivate a positive and respectful work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence.
• Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
