Job summary

Thompson Hospitality Corp. is seeking a Supervisor to lead a dynamic team at Milk & Honey, a New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination. In a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you’ll guide daily operations, support team members, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for.

You’ll train new staff, manage scheduling to cover 50–55 hours weekly, maintaining health and safety standards, and collaborate with management on initiatives that enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage.
• Experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Clear verbal communication in a busy environment.
• Remain calm and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
