Sesame Place in Philadelphia is seeking Ambassadors to create joy and memorable experiences for guests and animals. You will ensure safety, train and coach staff, maintain cleanliness, and help manage labor schedules while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of leadership experience, CPR/AED certification, ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and willingness to work varied shifts. Benefits include free park admission and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year leadership experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• CPR/AED training/certification required or obtainable.
• Ability to train and coach staff across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for team, guests, and animals.
• Develop Assistant Supervisors, OJTs, and team members with coaching.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct quality inspections; address improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, park policies, and procedures.
• Assist in labor scheduling to maximize resources and control costs.
• Support director and managers on projects to improve park operations.
• Resolve guest/team conflicts with win-win solutions within guidelines.
• Ensure policies and handbook adherence; deliver exceptional guest service.
