Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels.
• Handle housekeeping tasks to keep the store clean and organized.
• Ensure all guest service programs and processes run 24/7.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Regularly replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors according to guidelines.
