Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff and ensure smooth operations on the sales floor in Glen Allen, VA. You will supervise, coach, greet guests, and uphold safety, quality, and POS procedures to deliver a consistent shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle cash processes and vendor coordination. Competitive benefits and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.,).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring adherence to management duties.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
