Job summary

Global Partners LP in Vermont seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff, enforce policies, and deliver a high-quality shopping experience. You will supervise duties, coach employees, greet guests, and ensure smooth operations with cash handling and POS use.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend hours and a commitment to safety and customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a team-focused culture, and support our store standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping is completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to keep shelves in stock.
• Address guest inquiries and handle complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
