The position requires flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays, and involves operating the POS system and supporting 24/7 service programs across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks meet management standards.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels with the team.
• Oversee store housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gifts, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor checks per guidelines.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays.
