Job summary

Global Partners LP in Vermont is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure smooth store operations. You will supervise employees, coach performance, greet guests, and enforce safety and cash-handling procedures on a fast-paced retail floor.

This role requires availability for day, night, weekend and holiday shifts, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You must have reliable transportation and a customer-first approach to create a welcoming shopping

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring management duties are followed.
• Coach staff with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels as needed.
• Maintain store housekeeping and inventory replenishment.
• Address guest inquiries and vendor check-ins per guidelines.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
