Job summary

Global Partners LP in Vermont is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure policy execution, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

You will coach employees, greet guests, manage POS operations, uphold safety, and keep shelves stocked while supporting 24/7 guest service programs. This role requires a High School Diploma, flexibility, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks align with management directives.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash levels with supervision.
• Keep store housekeeping functions up to standard (cleaning, dusting, etc.).
• Support 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gifts cards and checks where applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
