Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Vermont to lead store staff, enhance guest experiences, and ensure adherence to company policies. The role includes coaching, cash handling, POS operations, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Supervise staff to meet management directives.
• Provide coaching to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
