Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff and ensure daily store objectives are met. You will coach employees, greet guests, and uphold safety and quality standards while managing cash and POS operations.

In this role you will ensure housekeeping, stock replenishment, and guest inquiries are handled efficiently, with responsibility for vendor check-ins and program execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise staff to meet management directives.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Cash handling and POS operation accuracy.
• Knowledge of store policies, safety and security procedures.
• Ability to manage daily store operations and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees ensuring they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks as applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
