Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead store staff and ensure efficient operations. You will supervise daily tasks, coach team members, greet guests, and ensure compliant safety and store policies.

The role involves operating the POS, managing cash processes, and maintaining clean, in-stock conditions while delivering a welcoming shopping experience to customers. Flexible hours and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be organized and efficient.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during a shift and work in intermittent temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties as directed by management.
• Provide coaching feedback to help staff perform tasks.
• Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Enforce safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash levels with supervised staff.
• Ensure store housekeeping tasks are completed and the 24/7 guest service programs run smoothly.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks as applicable.
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions and address guest inquiries.
