Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, coach team members, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The role includes cashier duties, POS operation, and maintaining stock levels while upholding safety and company policies.

The position requires flexibility for varying shifts, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Supervise staff to ensure tasks meet management standards.
• Provide coaching with constructive feedback to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash levels under supervision.
• Keep store clean and organized, including housekeeping duties.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, gift cards and checks where applicable.
