Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor at Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph to lead front desk operations with a guest-first mindset. You will assist the Guest Services Manager, handle reservations, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs while supporting revenue goals and team coordination.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality, supervisory experience, and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel experience required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Guest Services Manager and provide attentive, courteous service.
• Manage reservations, rate quotes, and VIP requests.
• Operate Front Desk system and log messages and packages promptly.
• Oversee guest check-in/out to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with other hotel departments.
• Ensure adherence to all hotel credit policies and standards.
• Support training and cross-training of new staff.
