Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant shifts, guide the team, and ensure fast, friendly service with top food quality.

You’ll coach staff, uphold food safety and cleanliness, handle opening/closing tasks, and help manage labor and guest concerns. This role offers growth into management and a chance to contribute to Freddy’s hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful restaurant shifts from start to finish with direction to team.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for every guest.
• Maintain Freddy’s standards for food quality, preparation, and hospitality.
• Assign positions and deploy team members based on business needs.
• Monitor speed of service and adjust to keep operations efficient.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and temperature control.
• Complete food safety logs accurately and on time.
• Address food safety concerns promptly with management.
• Open, close, and handle shift-change procedures.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and other controls.
