ALO Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead our store’s guest experience and business results. You will direct the Sales & Service team, coach staff, and drive strategies with the General Manager to deliver exceptional service and strong sales performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail leadership, proficiency with MS Office, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Expect full-time hours with weekend availability and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, escalating gaps with the GM
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to ensure exceptional guest experience on the floor with coaching
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives
• Partner with the GM to build and implement the Sales & Service strategy for the store
• Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls with the GM
• Monitor and partner with GM to manage budget, reporting, metrics and planning
• Future planning of workflow to protect optimal performance
• Lead the Sales, Service, and Community team in line with ALO’s mission and principles
• Drive accountability, coaching, talent development and cross-functional communication
• Establish internal & external pipeline via succession planning and recruitment
• Write schedules aligned with business strategy with GM
• Oversee execution of the Sales & Service Model to protect operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the Store Manager’s vision and cross-functional goals
• Navigate the organization balancing business needs and brand culture
