Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Gilbert, AZ to lead the store's guest experience and sales strategy. You will drive performance through coaching, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with the General Manager.

You will represent the business in meetings, manage budgets and reporting, and nurture talent across Sales, Service, and Community teams to embody ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and coach staff.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service strategy.
