Job summary

Alo is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Bellevue to lead the store's Sales & Service team, drive guest experience, and execute the business strategy. The role requires dynamic leadership, coaching, and a focus on results in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a key member of the store leadership, you will manage schedules, monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and partner with the GM to elevate store operations and customer satisfaction, while upholding Alo’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail store, with a focus on guest experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members through feedback.
• Comfort with scheduling, budgeting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the floor.
• Collaborate with GM to build and implement Sales & Service strategy.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure full store coverage.
• Monitor budget, expenses and key metrics; drive continuous improvement.
