Five Below, Inc. is hiring for a store leadership role at our Manhattan, KS location. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, train staff, and help manage daily store operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multitasking, and composure under pressure. Flexible schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to quickly place items on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing of the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising and operations.
• Perform store maintenance tasks.
