Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Manager in training to lead crew members and drive a high-energy customer experience. You will oversee daily activities, assist with stock, and perform opening/closing duties to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Applicants should be 18+ with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms, prepare for the day.
