Five Below in Manhattan, KS is seeking an energetic store leader to coach crew, manage daily operations, and deliver WOW customer service. You will train associates, supervise opening/closing, control cash, and drive sales while managing schedules and store standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a High School diploma, excellent communication, multitasking, and poise under pressure. This is an hourly, full-time position.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and maintain service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations and staff.
• Open/close store, secure cash, and maintain store readiness.
• Onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
