Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house operations and support the store team in delivering the Tiffany Experience. You will manage order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and may open/close the store.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail operations experience with merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States or country of employment.
• Preferred: a college/university degree; Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store and support sales teams.
• Partner with store leadership to drive sales goals and provide excellent client service.
• Serve as a key holder and act as manager on duty when needed; handle ordering, inventory, and client service activities.
• Execute daily sales and service tasks to deepen client relationships and meet store plans.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and maintain Tiffany brand standards across operations.
