Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
• Must be able to work retail store hours, including nights and weekends.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Preferred degree from college/university; gemology background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support store sales.
• Handle order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities.
