Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house activities and support store leadership in Bellevue. You will drive sales through client engagement, manage inventory and order fulfillment, and act as a key holder when a manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

2-3 years of prior retail operations experience including merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Organized and detail oriented.
Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store and partner with store leadership on initiatives.
Drive sales through deep client relationships and product pillars.
Open and close the store when required and act as manager on duty.
Manage order fulfillment, inventory, shipping and replenishment.
