Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail operations experience including merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be able to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree; Gemologist training (GIA).

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities.
• May open and close the store as a key holder.
• Drive sales and support store goals through client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and uphold the Tiffany brand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with internal control procedures.
