Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Illinois to lead back-of-house operations in-store.

You will manage order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and be a key holder with duties including opening and closing when needed. Responsibilities include driving sales through client relationships, executing operational tasks, and delivering the Tiffany experience with excellence and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and may open and close the store.
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experience through Tiffany brand standards and client interactions.
• Provide operational support including shipping, receiving, replenishment, and repairs processing.
