Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Indianapolis is seeking an Operations Coordinator (In Store) to lead back-of-house operations and partner with store leadership to drive sales and service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 2–3 years in retail operations, and proficiency in Word and Excel. As a key holder and Guest Experience Manager, you will help open/close the store, manage inventory, and support daily processes to uphold the Tiffany Experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail operations experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and opening/closing procedures.
• Support store sales by meeting monthly/quarterly targets and driving the store's sales plan.
• Act as Guest Experience Manager and key holder in the manager's absence.
• Provide operational support including shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise handling.
