Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Coordinator to lead back-of-house store operations in Houston. You will coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and may open/close the store, partnering with leadership to drive sales goals.

Responsibilities include deepening client relationships, executing daily tasks (shipping, receiving, replenishment), and maintaining strong internal controls. A 2–3 year retail ops background and proficiency in Word/Excel are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Flexible to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead back of house operations in the Tiffany store, coordinating order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and store opening/closing.
• Deepen relationships with clients to drive loyalty and sales; capture customer data.
• Serve as Guest Experience Manager and perform opening/closing procedures in manager's absence.
• Provide exceptional operational support: shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure internal controls are followed and collaborate with Sales staff and management.
