Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to floor efficiently.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales while controlling expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
