Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the store team in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining a high-energy, guest-first environment.

Responsibilities include operating with the store team to hit promotions and sales goals, ensuring clean, well-stocked spaces, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience required; must complete Assistant Manager Training.
• Preferred: 1–2 years in retail/guest service/restaurant in a leadership role.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service behaviors and coach team to greet guests warmly and resolve issues.
• Assist Store Manager in training, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining a productive work environment.
• Support operational excellence, promotions, sales targets, and store controls with the Store Manager.
• Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness, including coffee and food service areas, and stock levels.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and aim for 100% in-stock with the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or acting in charge.
• Fulfill essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
