UDF-MyScoop Branding in Pickerington, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service by leading the Hi Five Guest Experience across shifts. The role requires supervising staff, managing store operations, and maintaining safety and compliance on the sales floor.

The position involves handling shakes, ice cream products, and sales transactions, with a focus on guest satisfaction and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Experience in supervising and coaching store associates and training Shift Leaders.

Responsabilités

• Manage other associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Oversee store administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, product transfers, and required paperwork.
• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience: greet guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for guests at all times.
• Prepare DipSide items and operate the dip cabinet, shakes, sundaes, and related items.
• Operate POS system and gas console: process transactions accurately and manage cash, coins, checks, and coupons.
• Stock merchandise: keep shelves, freezers, and dip cabinet filled and presented.
• Maintain security: follow procedures to prevent theft and manage cash drops.
• Maintain clean, safe store and equipment, monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Complete time records and Customer First documentation accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
