Job summary

OMSI seeks a Guest Services Representative to join the on-site team. You will handle ticketing, ushering, answering questions, wayfinding, and concierge desk duties while supporting revenue goals and guest engagement across the museum campus.

This temporary role runs 20–29 hours per week, including weekends and special events, through 4/18/2027, requiring a proactive, customer-focused approach and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
• Ability to promote products, memberships, and events to guests.
• Willingness to learn equity, diversity and inclusion theories and applications.

Responsibilities
