The Guest Service Representative will warmly greet guests, manage front desk operations, registrations, keys, and payments while maintaining KOA standards and cleanliness across the store. This role emphasizes delivering attentive service, handling reservations, upselling ancillary revenue, and collaborating with team members to ensure a safe, welcoming experience

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at front desk per KOA standards.
• Resolve guest concerns while maintaining campground standards.
• Manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments.
• Maintain store displays and inventory; assist with upselling.
• Prepare shift reports and downtime reports.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
