Job summary

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. Accommodate campground guests by registering, issuing keys, keeping proper records of occupied sites and collecting payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking and listening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts and remain professional.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk in accordance with KOA standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally.
• Prepare shift reports and downtime documentation.
• Answer guest inquiries about campground amenities and local attractions.
• Ensure timely logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
