Job summary

Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitary, and comfortable spaces across our campground facilities.

You will clean private rooms, public areas including restrooms and the general store, and ensure brand standards are met while providing excellent guest service. The role requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver’s license and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas to brand standards.
• Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities and supplies.
• Complete requests in a timely manner and in priority order.
• Resolve guest challenges in collaboration with guest services and leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned campground areas.
