Job summary

Raines Co. in Little Rock is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences through reservations, check-ins, and inquiries.

You will respond to phone calls and guest requests with a welcoming, professional attitude to ensure satisfaction. In this role, you will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, assist with breakfast, and handle billing and payments while maintaining a clean, inviting front desk area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-related roles.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service at all times.
• Handles inquiries, reservations, check-ins, and guest requests promptly.
• Responds to phone calls and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Resolves guest concerns efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Assists with breakfast preparation and keeps common areas clean.
• Manages billing instructions and assists with payments when needed.
