Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to deliver outstanding hospitality at our property. You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires professional communication, reliability, ability to work a flexible schedule, and a team-first mindset aligned with our ONE TEAM. Prior hotel experience is helpful, but we value initiative and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and guest data.
• Ensure guest safety and protection of hotel assets.
• Understand fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Be able to report to scheduled shifts and communicate effectively.
• Maintain organization, honesty and teamwork.
• Able to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in/check-out with a focus on superior service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with urgency and care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other teams to ensure room readiness.
• Operate PBX and PMS systems to manage reservations and guest accounts.
• Keep front desk area clean and orderly and balance cash drawer.
• Promote hotel services and upsell rooms when appropriate.
