Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a Part Time - Rotating Shifts Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to provide exceptional guest service at check-in and check-out, in person and by phone.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking and a team-focused attitude within a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting guests, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure seamless operations while maintaining Security and financial

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and guest-centered approach.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and management.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in handling reservations, check-ins/outs and basic accounting tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out and over the phone.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic clerical/administrative tasks.
• Promote hotel services and maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
