Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 10–25 pounds as needed.
• In-office/front-desk environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out; assist pre-registration and block reservations.
• Post charges accurately across all daily transactions.
• Operate Front Office system and manage daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks and card payments with accuracy.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and applicable policies.
• Acquire reservations quickly and follow cancellation/relocation procedures.
