Job summary

Sardi's is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to create a welcoming, professional environment in the lobby. You will be the first point of contact for guests, promoting our menu and guiding them through the dining experience with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling products, assisting with orders and pick-ups, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. A friendly phone presence and the ability to resolve guest concerns are essential.
