LodgeWorks is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the brand ambassador for our hotels. You will engage, assist guests, and resolve issues while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include smooth check-in/check-out, providing local information, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate guest interactions. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential in our culture.

Qualifikationen

• Six months' related experience in hospitality or service industry advantageous.

• Check all hotel guests in and out in a confident, professional and personalized manner.
• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations and establishes payment method.
• Demonstrate knowledge of room categories, rates, packages and local area queries.
• Maintain regular attendance in line with hotel needs and schedules.
• Take hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely, courteous responses to guest comments and concerns.
