Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Agent for our Bossier City location.

You will welcome guests, verify reservations, process check-ins, issue room keys, and coordinate with housekeeping and bell staff to ensure a smooth arrival experience. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication and phone etiquette, 21+ years old, and the ability to work in an environment that may include alcohol and smoking.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• You will be 21 years or older.
• Experience in hotel or high-end retail preferred.
• Must be able to work in environments with alcohol and smoking as applicable.
• Licensure to perform duties may be required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or Live standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rooms, rates, and arrivals.
• Process guest check-ins and registrations according to policy.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
• Handle cashiering duties including posting charges and balancing receipts.
• Provide concierge-style guest service and information.
