Qualifications

• Must secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or Live’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations in a professional, courteous manner.
• Provide concierge services and assist other Front Office areas as assigned.
• Process payments, handle cash and input accurate guest charges.
• Maintain guest history files and communicate VIP arrivals to relevant staff.
• Explain services and amenities to guests and ensure a safe, clean environment.
