Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will engage Customers at the front-end, process transactions, returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, and help maintain a clean, well-organized checkout area.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, move around the store and lift 30 lb.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong self-accountability and proactive drive for results.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service in front-end areas.
• Greet and engage Customers in Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, discounts and loyalty program activities.
• Maintain merchandise presence and clean, organized front-end areas to drive sales.
• Ensure front-end equipment and supplies are maintained and operational.
• Process payments securely following SOP.
• Provide product information and direct Customers to store areas or team members as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and merchandising events to support campaigns.
• Champion products and services, educate Customers, and promote offerings.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
