Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking Guest Services Specialists to be the first contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will manage calls, greet guests, handle administrative tasks, and help operations run smoothly with professional interaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a corporate or legal environment, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move 75 lbs with a cart.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience working in a corporate or legal environment.
• Experience partnering with facilities, catering and AV teams to ensure meetings and offices are set up properly.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; carry 75 lbs. with cart.
• Comfortable with a role that is not static behind a reception desk but moving around the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Booking and managing the day-to-day experience of conference rooms, visitor offices and MPR spaces.
• Awareness of all arriving clients, candidates, visiting employees and guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
• Providing an elevated experience with proactive & engaged communication, sense of urgency, and collaboration.
