Quinault Beach Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent (GSR) to deliver outstanding guest services at the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino front desk. You will assist with check-in/check-out, answer questions, and coordinate reservations to ensure a memorable stay.

In this role you will build rapport with guests, handle phone inquiries professionally, and work with other departments to meet guest needs while following safety and hotel procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluently.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proven hospitality skills.

Responsabilités
