Job summary

SUQUAMISH CLEARWATER CASINO RESORT in Port Madison is seeking a Resort - Guest Service Attendant/Bell Person. You will welcome guests, assist with reservations, check-in/out, and transport luggage to rooms, ensuring a high level of service throughout the guest stay.

You will handle multi-line calls, provide directions, and coordinate with Sales and other PME divisions. Strong English, computer literacy, and a courteous demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of hospitality/customer service experience.
• Some college coursework in hotel management preferred.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Must be computer literate with demonstrated assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service from initial contact through reservations, PBX, check-in and departure.
• Enter accurate data into the hotel reservation system.
• Process all financial transactions efficiently and manage check-in/out.
• Escort guests and luggage to rooms and assist with luggage transport.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and promotions to inform guests.
• Coordinate room blocks with Sales and PME divisions and prepare collateral information as needed.
• Inspect public areas and assist with light janitorial duties to keep areas clean.
